Dear Resident or Property Owner:
On Wednesday, May 12th, 2004, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., at the City of Fort Collins
Utility Service Center Training Room, 700 Wood Street, the City of Fort Collins Current
Planning Department will conduct a neighborhood meeting to discuss a development
proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as Wood Street Lofts.
This is a request for three, four-plex buildings located on three existing lots in the 300
block of Wood Street, on the east side of the street between Cherry Street and Maple
Street. The site is zoned NCM, Neighborhood Conservation Medium Density.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
