Following is information from a notification letter from the City
of Ft. Collins, dated 4/27/04:
"The City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department will
conduct a neighborhood meeting to discuss a development
proposal in your neighborhood. The project is known as WOOD
STREET LOFTS.
This is a request. for three, four-plex buildings located on
three existing iots in the 300 block of Wood Street, -on the east side
of the street between Cherry Street -and 'Maple Street. The site is
zones NCM, Neighborhood Conservation Medium Density."
