Dear Mr. Barkeen,
On behalf of the Eastgate Owners' Association, I am writing you to inform you and the
Community Planning and Enviornmental Services Planning Department of the decision
reached by the Board of Directors of the Eastgate Owners' Association.
By majority vote of the eleven (11) Residential Owners and the unanimous majority of
the Members of the Board, and of the Architectural Control Committee, The Eastgate
Owners' Association does not approve of the proposed 4-unit multi -family building,
planned to be built on Tract B, Replat of Tract A, Eastgate, First Filing, County of
Larimer, State of Colorado.
Any further action to develop or build on Tract B will result in the Association following
the remedies outlined in the letter sent to Mr. David E. Phillips, dated August 4, 2004.
