There has been some confusion with the owner to the south about which property is the real 799 N. College. One of you is some other address. Number: 54 Created: 2/1/2005 [2/1/05] There are a couple of typos in your General Notes on the Overall Site Plan. In #2, it's restaurant not resteraunt; in #4 it's racks not rakes. Number: 55 Created: 2/1/2005 [2/1/05] There.are a couple of typos in your Landscape Notes on the Landscape Details sheet. In #3 it's stripping not striping; in #8 it's at least 6' from grade not 8'. Number: 56 Created: 2/1/2005 [2/1/05] The Post Office, Comcast and Water Conservation Department indicate that they have no concerns with this round of plans. Number: 63 Created: 2/3/2005 [2/3/05] Please show pedestrian mitigation techniques per the modification approval (8/26/04) on your plans including signage for cars approaching the pedestrian drive aisle crossing and a callout regarding the colored concrete for same. Also, please sign the handicap parking stall. Number: 64 Created: 2/3/2005 [2/3/05] Since the "street trees" are placed on the private property due to site constraints, you do not need to adhere to the City approved street tree species list. However, the City Forester mentioned that the Emerald Queen Maple is a Norway Maple and his experience is that the Norway Maples have not fared well in drought conditions or in exposed sites similar to this one. You might consider choosing a different species for this tree. Contact Tim Buchanan at 221-6361 or tuchanan@fcgov.com if you have any questions.
