Hi Kaye,
Make it 4 utility plans instead of 3 and you've got it. You are right that we need all pre -hearing issues
addressed but not final compliance issues. As Jon's 12/14 letter to me indicates, it looks like many if not
most of the issues have been addressed, however I cannot schedule a hearing until all the reviewers who
asked for revisions have given their OK.
Once I get the revisions from you (4 Utility plans, 7 Site, Landscape & Elevation plans, and 1 lighting plan),
I will get them to the reviewers. Within about week or maybe less, I will get comments back from them. I
did this to avoid another full-blown revision review which would have been 2 weeks. Assuming they are all
satisfied that the pre -hearing issues have been addressed, we can schedule the hearing.
As a heads -up, as you probably know, we need 2 weeks plus 1 day minimum lead time to schedule the
hearing. This is so we have 1 day to coordinate logistics and 2 weeks to notify affected property owners. I
just looked to see if we have a current APO list for this project for the mailing and it appears that we do
not. I suspect that the one we had on file was from 2004 when the project was first submitted. I'll waive
the postage fees since you probably paid those at the time you first submitted. If you are able to get new
APO labels to me soon, it will speed up the scheduling.

Anne,
Jon has indicated that you would like to see the following items before
scheduling our Willow Street Loft hearing:
3 Utility Plans
7 Site, Landscape and Elevation Plans
1 Lighting Plan
It is our understanding that at this time we only need to address the
items that were mentioned at Staff Review as our pre -hearing items, and
not the written Staff Comments and redlines items.
Please let me know if any of the above information is not correct.
