Re: The Willow Lofts Project / Letter of Intent
To Whom It May Concern:
Qwest agrees to the following:
1. City of Fort Collins shall grant a 5-foot utility easement to Qwest for over, under
and across City owned property immediately north of the vacated alley (see
Exhibit A).
2. The utility cables (now located in the vacated alley between Pine Street and the
Aztlan Center) to City of Fort Collins' property located immediately north of the
vacated alley (see Exhibit A).
3. The expense of the utility relocation shall be paid for by at Lagunitas Giddings,
Inc.
4. Lagunitas Giddings, Inc. shall be allowed to install sod, trees and an irrigation
system in the easement area, as per the final landscape plan.
5. Lagunitas Giddings, Inc. shall be responsible for maintenance of this landscape
area.
