Re: Section 106 Review of Proposed Antenna Collocation, 1107 City Park Ave.
Dear Dan:
This letter is in response to the request from STV Incorporated to provide comments under the
Section 106 Review process regarding a cell antenna collocation at 1107 City Park Avenue, the
CSU Liquor Depot.
The City of Fort Collins Advance Planning Department has reviewed the proposal for
collocation of the cell antenna at this site. While a formal historic survey of the area has not
occurred, a reconnaissance survey indicates that there are no buildings or structures within 250
feet that would likely qualify for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. Additionally,
there is no likely National Register District potential in this area.
