Hello Anne,
I got verification from Land Title that there are no Public Alleys, ROW or property interest on the 1310
Laporte alley. A visual inspection shows no public use.
Coincidentally, Land Title ran the title work for the owner. He has initiated a quiet title action to vacate the
property interest. According to Land Title two previous owners reserved the alley for private use back in
the 1950's. They anticipate having the title "cleaned" by the quiet title action.
