However the pedestrian LOS discussion used from the previous 2012 TIA was not accurate. The pedestrian LOS thresholds changed and were updated in the LCUASS based on the 2011 Pedestrian Plan. This impacts this property such that it is not in a "Activity Center" based on the new map and as such should be rated on the "Other Areas Within City" category. Based on this update the property does meet the LOS of "C" standard required for that category for all thresholds, directness, continuity, street crossing, visual interest, and security. Please update the narrative in the October 1, 2013 TIS to reflect the updated standards and tables.
