Subject: 321 W. Myrtle
This project can into conceptual on July 12, conversion of the place into a fraternity house.
The applicant Matt Mulligan called and wanted me to waive the submittal requirements for a soils report
and utility plans.
The soils report requirement is waived.
If they are building a parking lot we need utility plans, if they are not then the requirement can probably be
waived.
I have tried calling him back. I left him a message, but I didn't actually talk to him.
Thought I would pass this on, so you all would know in case you are getting calls.
