Anne, we have reviewed the plans submitted under cover of your Comment Sheet dated December 28, 2005 for
the above referenced project, and have the following concerns/requests:
(1) Please confirm that the project will not result in any drainage onto BNSF property; and (2) a chain link or
wrought iron fence, a minimum of 6 ft. in height, be constructed along the northwesterly boundary of the property
(adjacent to BNSF Railway Company property).
