This letter is written as an explanation of the change to the site plan in the most recent
submittal of the referenced PDP.
Previously, Lots 46 through 51 were planned as a single 6 plex townhouse building. All
6 town home units in the building were originally designed to be 2 story units. In the
latest submittal this 6 unit building has been revised to be a 4 unit building. The revised 4
unit building is labeled as lots 46-48 in the latest submittal. Reducing the number of
units enabled the end units to be redesigned as 1 story, ranch style town homes.
Previously, lots 13-15 were planned as a single 3 unit building. All 3 town home units in
this building were originally designed to be 2 story units. In the latest submittal, this 3
unit building has been revised to be a 2 unit building. Reducing the number of units
enabled the 2 remaining units to be larger, 3 bedroom 2 story units. In the latest
submittal, this building is labeled lots 13 and 14.
The revised lots in the latest submittal are within the footprint of the original lots.
The net result of the change is a wider variety of styles of town homes and a reduction of
the total number of living units from 51 to 48 units.
