Dear Paul:
1 represent the Plaintiffs in the above referenced action. My clients have advised
that the city has scheduled a neighborhood meeting for the Airpark Village ODP for
today at 7:00 p.m. My office contacted Ted Shepard to request a copy of the ODP and
PDP and was advised that they have not yet been submitted. When my staff advised
Mr. Shepard about the pending litigation, he suggested that I forward relevant pleadings
to you. Therefore, please find enclosed copies of the Complaint and various other
pleadings for your review.
