The City of Fort Collins has been contacted by a party that claims to have an
interest in a mineral estate below the surface of Airpark Village Overall
Development Plan. Further, it appears that this party was not notified of the
processing of the application for Airpark Village Overall Development Plan as
required in Colorado Revised Statutes Section 24-65.5-103 and 24-65.5-103.3.
The City of Fort Collins recommends that you research this state statute in
relationship to the processing of the Airpark Village O.D.P. and evaluate whether
or not there are any implications with regard to the status of the project.
