Topic: Plat Number: 76 Created: 7/18/2007 [7/18/07] Are the ownership and maintenance responsibilities for Tract A including entities outside of the platted boundary ("homeowners association" and "Fox Meadows Apartment Homeowners Association")? If so, shouldn't they be a signatory on the plat in order to accept said maintenance and ownership responsibilities? The development agreement will need to have the same entities sign that sign the plat.
