Good Samaritan Building

Dear Ms. Sommer:
Below please find responses to the issues raised with regard to the zoning
application submitted for the above mentioned wireless telecommunications site.

The antennas will be set back from the edge of the roof as much as possible
while still meeting the RF objectives for the site.
Number: 6
The antennas will be mounted to a curtain wall. Both the antennas and the
curtain wall will be painted to match the existing building.
Number: 8
100 MPH exposure "B" wind loads will be incorporated into the design prior to the
construction drawings being issued. All appropriate notes will also be included in
the construction drawings.
Submittal set drawings are printed out as draft copies. The lines have been
darkened for the recorded final submittal set.

The power provider has been changed on the T1 Sheet from Xcel to Ft Collins
Utilities.
