Call our Planning Technician, Tara Leman, at 970- 221-6750 to schedule your resubmittal appointment. Be sure and return all of your redlined plans when you re -submit. You will need to resubmit 7 copies of the site/landscape plans (24 by 34 inches in size) and 7 copies of a planning response letter. The planning response letter should identify how you have addressed each comment offered by City staff.
