Re: 215 East Prospect
Dear Shelby:
Confirming and following -up on our several phone conversations and
messages, Darst and I decided to withdraw our application for a five -occupant
boarding house at 215 East Prospect and will re -submit our application under the
new regulations for four boarders. Please use this letter as our formal request for
withdrawal of the pending application.
It is my understanding that that the $290.00 application fee previously paid will
be transferred to the new application.
Thanks again for the many courtesies extended by your office during the fall
and winter with our earlier application. The engineering department requirements
were a surprise to all of us, but our dealings with your department were most
professional and businesslike. Thanks.
