Hello Steve,
Thank you for taking my phone call. I will not be able to attend the meeting on
December 18.
I am responding to the letter sent to us regarding Swanstrom Boarding Houses.
My husband and I stongly object to any single-family residence being converted
to a Boarding House. We feel this is a way for owners to get around
the ordinance that only allows 3 unrelated persons to occupy a single family
home.
