The project is known as The Inn at City Park, 1734 W. Mountain B & B (#43-05). This is a request for a change of use for the existing single family residence to become a 5-bedroom bed and breakfast establishment. The conversion would not involve any changes or additions to the exterior of the building, only some minor changes to the site, such as paving the parking area. The existing building is on an approximately'/2 acre site. The property is zoned LMN — Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood. If you have any interest or concern about this proposed project, you are encouraged to attend this public hearing. At the hearing, you will have the opportunity to hear from the City staff and the project applicant about the details of the project. You will also be given the opportunity to state your views about the project. The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
