I asked her if the Poudre Fire Authority had a preferance of 12 or 13 lots and she said it made no differeance as long as there was secondary access or all the houses had to be sprinkled. I told her we are requiring all the houses to be sprinkled to meet the code. I also showed her our notes from a meeting with Mike Chavez on August 11, 2004. Mike was the former Poudre Fire Authority Plan checker. A fire hydrant pressure test on site was also completed with Mike present. I also showed her the 20-foot emergency easement platted across the South side of the Glantz M.R.D. No. 92EX0053. If we sprinkle we do not need this. You may contact Carrie Dann at 219-5337 if you need more nformation or get her direct comments on the effect of the number of lots. Also we did not bring up the city approval of Stan Everett's project which is the same concept as ours at the June 8th hearing. However, it was previously discussed at the May 11 th meeting. I am faxing our notes to the August 11, 2004 meeting with Mike Chavez. Jack Blake
