Mike,
I do apologize for the miscommunication regarding the final approval of this project. Since this project is a new building,
from an engineering perspective, we have been treating this like a Final Development Plan project. It is a Minor
Amendment since it is an amendment to the approved plan for the Centre For Advanced Technology PUD. I just received
the application and payment for the Easement Dedications on 3/20 and those were sent for final approval/recording on
3/26. 1 received the SOP language from you yesterday and finalized the Development Agreement this morning. It is
currently in the City Attorney's office for review. Once that is finalized, I will send it back to the Developer for
approval/signatures. Typically the mylars and the development agreement are issued concurrently and I apologize
because I jumped the gun with issuing out the signed mylars prior to getting the Development Agreement finalized. It is
in this Development Agreement where language regarding the DCP is detailed. Attached you will find a DCP application,
Bond Template, Letter of Credit Template and tie Project Quantity Cost Estimate spreadsheet. DCP meetings are held
every Wednesday and we need the final documents at least 1 week prior to the meeting. l

Good morning -
Tyler had a conversation with Steve Cicione and from the sounds of it we need a DCP for the project. I didn't see that
anywhere in any comment letters, but this Minor Amendment has been difficult procedurally — the design really has not
changed since January, but DA, easements etc. have been hard to get finalized.
We need to know what we have to do to get this going and under construction (and timeframes). We have signed
mylars and now we have all of DA language to the City. If we need a DCP can we get that scheduled right away? I think
because this was a minor amendment, we were thinking no DCP.
Please let us know what we need to do to get going.
