A portion of an Access, Slope and Utility Easement to be vacated being within Lot 2, Centre
For Advanced Technology 23`d Filing located in Section 23, Township 7 North, Range 69
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, described as follows:
Considering the Northeast line of Lot 2, Centre For Advanced Technology 23rd Filing as
bearing North 48*18'53" West, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of said Lot 2; thence along the Northeast line of said
Lot 2, North 48 18 53 West, 24.29 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence departing
said Northeast line, South 410
41 07 West, 96.43 feet; thence, South 48018'53" East, 4.47 feet; thence, South 41 °20'35" West, 226.21 feet to a point on the Northern line of
an Access, Slope and Utility Easement as defined in Reception Number 2000043055;
thence along said North line and along a non -tangent curve concave to the Southeast
having a central angle of 14043'05" with a radius of 700.00 feet, an arc length of 179.81
feet and the chord of which bears North 35027'54" East, 179.32 feet; thence, North
42049'26" East, 144.40 feet to a point on the Northeast line of said Lot 2; thence
departing said North line and along said Northeast line, South 48018'53" East, 10.74 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
The above described Easement Vacation contains 4,305 square feet more or less and is
subject to all easements and rights -of -way now on record or existing.

SERVICE UNIT OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF AN ACCESS, SLOPE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON
LOT 2, CENTRE FOR ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY 23RD FILING
WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins

the Owner has requested that the City vacate a portion of an
access, slope and utility easement which vacation is requested in order to accommodate
the proposed structure on Lot 2, Centre For Advanced Technology 23rd Filing, and which
vacation is more particularly described on Exhibit "A".
WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City
Departments and utility providers, which departments and utility providers report no
objection to the vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of P nning, Development,
and Transportation Service Unit of the City of Fort Collins, that portion of an access,
slope and utility easement which was dedicated on Lot 2, entre For Advanced
Technology 23rd Filing, as more particularly described on Exhibit "A', attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the Director of Planning, Development and Transportation
Service Unit of the City of Fort Collins this day of June, 2015.

The development for the proposed office building on Lot 2, Centre for Advanced Technology (Rolland Moore Drive &
Centre Avenue) is requesting the vacation of an existing Access, Slope and Utility Easement. Attached for your review
and comment is the legal and section of the utility plan portraying the easement being vacated. Portions of the
development's parking lot and retaining walls encroach into this easement, prompting the request for this easement
vacation.
Please let me know if you have any comments by Friday May 29`h. If I do not hear from you by this date, we will assume
you have no objections to the proposed vacation. If you have questions related to this vacation request please let me
know.
