OF THE DIRECTOR OF PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT, AND TRANSPORTATION
SERVICE UNIT OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF THE UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON
TRACT A FIRST REPLAT OF THE LANDINGS, FIRST FILING
WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins
authorizes the Director of Planning, Development, and Transportation Service Unit to
vacate certain easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of
such dedication; and
WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a portion of a utility
and drainage easement which vacation is requested in order to accommodate the
proposed structure on Tract A First Replat of the Landings, First Filing, and which
vacation is more particularly described on Exhibit "A".
WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City
Departments and utility providers, which departments and utility providers report no
objection to the vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Planning, Development,
and Transportation Service Unit of the City of Fort Collins, that a portion of the utility and
drainage easement which was dedicated on Tract A First Replat of the Landings, First
Filing, as more particularly described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference, is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the Director of Planning, Development and Transportation
Service Unit of the City of Fort Collins this day of December, 2014.
