MINOR AMENDMENT Detailed description of the change and reasOn(S) for the request: Request for a 33,348 sq. ft. addition to the existing New Mercer Commons facility. The addition will be 2-stories and will contain 40 beds for an assisted living facility. No individual kitchens will be within the suites. The addition will replace the existing office building for Columbine Health Systeins located at 947 Worthington Circle. The westernmost access drive from Worthington Circle will be maintained, with new parking, sidewalks and the main building entry located on the south side of the new building addition.
