Re: Easement Vacation Request for University of Colorado Health Cancer Center Addition
Dear Sheri,
We hereby request the easement detailed in the attached "Exhibit A" to be vacated by the City of Fort
Collins for the following reasons:
• Applicant wishes to build a Cancer Center Addition within the footprint of the easement vacation
• Existing waterline will be rerouted outside of the proposed building envelope within the remaining
portion of the Utility, Drainage, and Access Easement.
