RE: Lagrange at Rigden Farm Replat — Soils Report
To Whom It May Concern,
It has been determined that a soils report may not applicable for the Lagrange at Rigden Farm PDP Submittal
because no public roads are proposed for this PDP submittal. In additional, the most current soils report was
not provided by the original land developer and since then the report has not been found. Lastly, at the time of
construction a soils report will be provided for the construction of the building foundations and adjacent flatwork.
Thank you for your time and attention to our project.
Sincerely,
Mike Walker, RLA

Subject: RE: La Grange - Traffic Impact Study
Hello Mike,
I've been trying to gather the past history of the development that you're proposing as LaGrange, but I'm not finding
what I'm looking for. Traffic numbers -wise I don't see a need to require a TIS so I'm waiving the TIS requirement. I'm
proceeding with a belief the past approval is still valid and the project is only a change from 34 Condo's to 34
Townhomes.
