QUIT CLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN By THESE PRESENTS, That 1 A. Walter
Lawson, as Commissioner to sell and convey real estate for
and 'in behalf of the County of Larimer, State of Golorado,
for the consideration of one dollar and other valuable consid-
erations, to said County paid, hereby sell ,and quit claim to
