24" x 36" size (usually available at the Technical Services Department at 281 N. College) — RED -LINE

RE: A minor Amendment for the Trial Head Pump House. Located in the Trail
Head Subdivision, Fort Collins, CO.
This Minor Amendment is for an irrigation pump house to be located on Tract C. The
pump house is a critical component in the water delivery system that will function under an
agreement with The Elco Water District. The pump house will provide all non potable
water for the landscape needs of the homes and common areas.
The building is approximately 715 square feet and will be constructed in Hi -Rib steel and
have a fiberglass,shingle roof with stone veneer at its base. See elevations.
The pump house will be accessed primarily during the irrigation season by foot and
occasionally by service vehicles. Please see the attached elevations, site and landscape
plans.
