DESIGN OBJECTIVE:
The design of this plan is to utilize hardy plant material
and turf in a mannner consistant with the area, place
appropriate buffering around the new parking area,
add a small amount of color foliage near the structures
for beauty, and leave as much open areas as
possible for enjoyment and recreation. The entire
perimeter of the property is heavily treed and those
were deemed healthy by the Fort Collins City Forester.
This heavy folaige and screening will be been
retained (with the noted exceptions) and only limited
additional folaige is desired due to the current foliage.
