Dear Sir:
In regard to the South Taft Hill Subdivision
of the City of Fort Collins, a question has come up
on the paving of Glenmoor Drive. It is the res-
ponsibility of Imperial Homes to pave the east
one-half of Glenmoor Drive; however, the owner of
the property west of Glenmoor is responsible for
the paving of the other half of the street, and
the City will proceed to have this completed at
the same time as the other paving.
Certain drainage is required at the east end
of Plum Street. This will be installed as a joint
venture with the City upon delivery of the pipe.
Very truly yours,
r
