Dear Mike:
Staff has reviewed the applications for final replatting of the Stuart Hill PUD
Subdivision and would offer the following comments:
1. The plat should include a statement of land ownership and notary.
2. The approval block of the "Director of Engineering Services" should be
"City Engineer."
3. What is the east -west running line in the middle of the plat?
4. The right-of-way of Stuart Street should be more clearly delineated.
5. The dimension of the east property line of Tract A should be dimensioned.
6. The easement for Tract A should read, "Utility, public access, and drainage
easement."
7. The applicants should provide a letter from an engineer indicating adequacy
of existing storm drainage facilities to handle additional impervious area.
8. Existing approved utility plans will have to be revised to reflect proposed
changes.
I would suggest we meet as soon as possible to discuss the above comments. The
revisions to the plats should be submitted as soon as possible (five copies of
each). Also, on Monday, July 19, 1982, 8-1/2"xll" reductions and colored
renderings of the plats should be delivered to this office. If you should have
