Dear Debbie:
As discussed in our phone conversation on May 3, 1984, we are the Engineers
for the proposed medical office park planned for the property on the
northeast corner of Stuart Street and LeMay Avenue.
The City Planning staff has asked us to correspond with you to inform you
of our development plans which affects Santana Apartments. Please forward
this information to the Santana Office in Denver for their review. We
would also like to receive a return letter from the Denver Office giving us
their conulients.
As can be seen by the accampanying drawing, we plan to construct a storm
sewer through the existing utility easement on the east side of LeMay
Avenue. We will need to remove a number of trees in the area to facilitate
the construction of the pipeline. Once the pipeline has been built we
plan to return the trees to the area.
The City has informed
us that we
will not be able
to place the trees
directly over the pipe
as it will
prohibit any access
to the pipe should
service be required.
However, we will consult a
qualified landscape
contractor to aid us in
the return
of these trees so as not to affect the
aesthetic nature of the
landscaping
in place within the
easement.

Dear Bonnie:
Enclosed please find the revised sheets of Stuart Street Medical Park. The
revisions on the grading plan and storm sewer were necessary due to
insufficient topographic detail.
In essence the revisions moved the roadway and parking area from the
northeast corner of the property inward and have lowered the elevations to
reduce the impact of fill in this critical area.
As we are in the middle of constructing this project a speed turnaround
would be greatly appreciated on your part. We are currently under pressure
by the contractor to continue work on this project.
Should I be of any assistance to you in any matter, please do not hesitate

Enclosed please find a copy of the revisions to the Storm Water Drainage
Report for Stuart Street Medical Park. Revisions were necessary in the
grading to avoid the extensive fill in the northeast corner of the
property this revision entails the addition of another low spot and inlets
in order to properly drain the site.
Ms. Bonnie Tripoli has the revisions to the utility drawings which will
reflect the changes.
As we are in the midst of construction on this project your speedy review
would be greatly appreciated. Should you have any questions regarding this
