X Include administrative hearing approval signature language as attached. 9 In the `dedication of common elements', is the language regarding Tract A contrary to the language in the existing conservation easement? 9 The should be an ownership/maintenance statement for all tracts. Sheets 2-4: X Delineate and label all existing easements (and give reception numbers). Sheet 4: 1 '-- Cl 'D I X Minimum centerline radius for residential local streets is 240'. Sheet 5: • Be sure that all tract letters are consistant throughout the plan set. • The PDP showed two sight distance easements adjacent to Stanton Creek Drive. Utility Plans Sheet 7: K Please provide either a temporary roadway or a temporary turnaround for emergency access south of the multifamily portion. Sheet 8: • Show boundaries of all offsite easements on overall utility plans. • Storm inlet should be located at the back of curb. Sheet 10: 9 Several sidewalks appear to exceed maximum slope as required in the ADA. Sheet 15: X Does the `Erosion Buffer Zone' actually cross the stream channel? Sheet 23: N Hillaby approaching Lamay: maximum approach grade at an arterial intersection is 2% within 125 feet. n M Sheet 24: H Bonaire Lane at Saint Croix Place: is there a sight distance problem when the vertical curve is considered? 9 Cross pan locations are inconsistant in plan and profile. Sheet 26: X Barbuda Place and Basseterre Place at Barbuda Drive: are there sight distance problems at these intersections when considering the vertical curve? Sheet 29: X Saint Thomas Drive and Hilaby Drive: there is a cross pan shown here that isn't shown on the overall utility plan and it apparently is not needed.
