AMENDMENT AGREEMENT NO. 1
THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this tow— day of � � , 1984
by and between the CITY OF FORT COLLINS. COLORADO, a municipal corporation
(City), and I'NVESTWEST PROPERTY CORP., a Colorado corporation (Developer),
is an amendment to that certain Development Agreement dated the 27th day
of February, 1984, by and between the parties hereto.
By this Agreement, the aforesaid Development Agreement is hereby amended
in the following particulars:
Paragraph 2.B. is amended as follows:
2.B. Streets. 1) Prior to the release of building
permits, the Developer must submit to the City
for approval, a construction schedule for the

of all required improvements to Prospect Road. 2)
All improvements to Prospect, including the required
Off -site improvements shall be completed prior
to the release of certificates of occupancy for
the following buildings: F, G, H, J, K, L, M,
N, P, R, S, T, W, X, Y, Z, or two years from
the date of issuance of first building permit,
whichever should first occur.

AMENDMENT AGREEMENT
#2 PROSPECT II P.U.D.
ADDENDUM
This Addendum dated the
/ day of UL , 1984, by
and between the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a municipal
corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "City", and Investwest
Property Corporation, a Colorado corporation, hereinafter referred
to as the "Developer", amends that certain Development Agreement
dated the 27th day of February, 1984, by and between the City of
Fort Collins and Investwest Property Corporation as follows, to
wit:
Section 2(A), Special Conditions: Storm Drainage Lines and
Appurtenances is hereby amended to read as follows:
2. Special Conditions.
A. .Storm drainage line and appurtenances.
All storm drainge facilities shall be completed by
the Developer and approved by the City prior to the
release of more than five Certificates of
Occupancy.
All other provisions of that agreement dated the 27th day of
February, 1984, shall remain in full force and effect unless
otherwise agreed upon by said parties in writing.
WHEREFORE, the parties hereto have set their hands and seals
the day and date first above written.
