HomeMy WebLinkAboutTERRACES PUD - Filed RD-ROW DEDICATION - 2011-12-09CROSSOVER USE DEDICATION FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration are hereby acknowledged, the undersigned owners of that certain rectangular parcel of real property lying between Top Eat Subdivision and The Terraces PUD in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, for which property a legal description is attached hereto and incorporated herein as Exhibit A, hereby covenant and agree to allow the use of a portion of said rectangular parcel by the general public as an entryway from Taft all Street and for access to Top Fat Subdivision and The Terraces PUD. Said property (more fully described as shown on the plans developed by Engineering Professionals, Inc., under its job No. 530.1) are on file with the City of Fort Collins Planning Department, relative to The Terraces PUD. The agreements and dedications set forth herein shall be binding upon the undersigned, their respective heirs, grantees, personal representatives, administrators, and assigns. It is understood by the undersigned that the City of Fort Collins, by the acceptance of this dedication, does not accept any duty of installing, maintaining, repairing, or replacing any entranceway or any other improvement placed on said rectangular parcel.
