SIGHT DISTANCE EASEMENT - THE SIGHT DISTANCE EASEMENT IS AN EASEMENT REQUIRED BY THE CITY AT SOME STREET INTERSECTIONS
WHERE IT IS NECESSARY TO PROTECT THE LINE OF SIGHT FOR A MOTORIST NEEDING TO SEE APPROACHING TRAFFIC AND TO REACT SAFELY
