Prior to spreading amendments all planting areas to be tilled to a minimum depth of eight (8) inches. 23. Prior to installation of plant materials, all areas shall be thoroughly loosened and organic amendments such as compost, peat, or manure shall be thoroughly incorporated. Soil preparation consisting of amendments to be incorporated and tilled to a depth of 8" for entire site. Amend at the following rates: a. 1.5 CY compost or composted manure per 10D0 SF for native/dryland seed areas. b. 4 CY compost or composted manure per 10DO SF for planting bed and manicured lawn areas. All areas disturbed by construction to be seeded with a native/dryland seed mix as specified on plans. 27. Erosion control blanket is to be applied to all seeded slopes exceeding 25%. 28. Final grade along walkways and other hard surfaces to be 1" below finished grade of hard surface. 29. Refer to civil and other plans for any information not included herein regarding grading, drainage, etc. Existing has; 30. No grading to occur within the critical root zone of the trees.
