HomeMy WebLinkAboutPOUDRE VALLEY HOSPITAL SECOND - Filed ED-EASEMENT DEDICATION - 2011-03-29Act '-10 DEED OF DEDICATION FOR EASEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned representative of Poudre Valley Health Care, Inc., and on behalf of the Heath District of Northern Larimer County, formerly called the Poudre Valley Hospital District, being the owner of certain real property in Larimer County, Colorado legally described as Lot 1 Lemay Subdivision, 2nd Filing in the Larimer County Records, in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and other good and valuable consideration, does hereby dedicate, transfer, and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, for public use forever a permanent easement for shared public access in the City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof. Poudre Valley Heath Care Inc. signs this Easement Deed on its own behalf as the party entitled to possession and on behalf of the Health District of Northern Larimer County as the owner upon authority granted under the provisions of Section 13.10 of the Hospital Operating Lease dated May 1, 1994 and recorded July 27, 1994 at Reception #94063152 of the Larimer County Records. It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such easement.
