Colorado Limited Liability Company, being the Owner of the following described land, to -wit:

A tract of land situate in the Northwest Quarter of Section 23, T7N, R69W, of the 6th P.M.,
Larimer County, Colorado. More particularly described as follows:
Considering the south line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 23 as bearing S 89°39'45"
E as determined by monuments found at the West Quarter Corner and at the Center Quarter
Corner of said Section 23, and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto.
Commencing at the West Quarter Corner of said Section 23; thence along the south line of said
Northwest Quarter of Section 23 S 89°39'45" E 1377.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING; thence continuing S 89°39145" E 15.00 feet; thence departing from said line N
