PZ92-6 OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS VACATING A PORTION OF A BLANKET ACCESS, DRAINAGE, AND UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE SUNRAY PLACE, P.U.D. WHEREAS, Section 2-353 (4) of the Code of the City of Fort Collins authorizes the Planning and Zoning Board to vacate certain rights -of -way, by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such vacation; and WHEREAS, the Owner of the Sunray Place P.U.D., City of Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, has requested that the City vacate --a portion of a blanket access, drainage, and utility easement adjacent to Building Envelope L in said P.U.D.; and WHEREAS, that portion of said access, drainage, and utility easement is no longer necessary and the vacation request has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City and private utilities and they have no objections. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins that the portion of the blanket access, drainage, and utility easement more particularly described as follows to wit: A part of Lot 2, Sunray Place, P.U.D., situate in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 16, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which begins at a point on the West line of Building Envelope L of said Sunray Place P.U.D., which bears S 00' 25' 00" E 6.00 feet from the Northwest corner of said Building Envelope L, and runs thence S 89° 35' 00" W 12.00 feet; thence S 00' 25' 00" E 24.00 feet; thence N 89' 35' 00" E 12.00 feet; thence N 00° 25' 00" W 24.00 feet to the point of beginning. be and is hereby vacated. Passed and adopted at a Zoning Board of- the City of April, A.D. 1992. regular meeting of the Planning and Fort Collins held this 27th day of airman G� 1- J `3.
