ORDINANCE NO.120 , 1990
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING RIGHT-OF-WAY ON A PORTION OF
A REPLAT OF TRACT A, GOLDEN MEADOWS FIFTH FILING
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins has
approved the P.U.D. and plat entitled "A Replat of Lots 1 Through 22 of a Replat
of Tract 'A', Golden Meadows 5th Filing"; and
WHEREAS, approval of said replat requires vacation of rights -of -way for
Wheaton Circle, Tropez Place, and Chappelle Circle previously dedicated by and
more particularly described on the plat entitled "A Replat of Tract 'A', Golden
Meadows 5th Filing"; and
WHEREAS, City agencies and private utilities have been notified of the
replat and report no objection to the proposed vacation; and
WHEREAS, there will be no cost to the City in making the proposed vacation;
and
WHEREAS, the rights of the residents of the City of Fort Collins will not
be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said street right-of-way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the street rights -of -way for Wheaton Circle, Tropez Place, and Chappelle
Circle as dedicated and described on the plat entitled "A Replat of Tract 'A',
Golden Meadows 5th Filing", be, and the same hereby is, vacated, abated and
abolished.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published
this 16th day of October, A.D. 1990, and to be presented for final passage on
the 6th day of November, A.D. 1990.

I am writing a request, on behalf of Richard Storck, for the vacation
of a portion of McMurray Avenue adjacent to lots 52 and 48 of the replat
of Tract "A", Golden Meadows, Fifth Filing, City of Fort Collins, County
of Larimer, State of Colorado. The attached map shows the parcel we
propose to be vacated, and also shows the property lines and curbs on
McMurray Avenue as it is narrowed from an 80 foot to a 60 foot right—
of—way.
Also included are descriptions of the total parcel to be vacated and
the portions which will go to Lots 52 and 48.

A part of McMurray Avenue adjacent to Lots 52 and 48 of the Replat of
Tract "A", Golden Meadows Fifth Filing, City of Fort Collins, County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, which begins at the most easterly corner
of said Lot 52 and runs thence S 58' 21' 51" E 19.98 feet; thence S 320
40' 20" W 65.22 feet; thence along the arc of a 103.60 foot radius curve
to the left a distance of 59.08 feet, the long chord of which bears S
160 20' 10" W E8.28 fet; thence along the arc of a 230.00 foot radius
curve to the right a distance of 127.78 feet, the long chord of which
bears N 15' 54' 57" E 126.14 feet to the point of beginning, containing
1,259 square feet, and being subject to an easement for utilities and
drainage.

Begin at the most easterly corner of Lot 52 of the Replat of Tract "A",

curve to the left a distance of 4.79 feet, the long chord of which bears
S 310 21' 12" W 4.79 feet; thence N 58° 21' 51" W 8.16 feet; thence along
the arc of a 230.00 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 71.09
feet, the long chord of which bears N 22' 58' 37" E 70.81 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 1,110 square feet, and being subject to
an easement for utilities and drainage.

Begin at the most easterly corner of Lot 48 of the Replat of Tract "A",
Golden Meadows Fifth Filing, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, and run thence S 58' 21' 51" E 8.16 feet; thence along
the arc of a 103.60 foot radius curve to the left a distance of 54.29
feet, the long chord of which bears S 15' 00' 41" W 53.67 feet; thence
along the arc of a 230.00 foot radius curve to the right a distance of
56.69 feet, the long chord of which bears N 07° 03' 40" E 56.55 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 149 square feet, and being subject
to an easement for utilities and drainage.
