1. A letter is needed from the applicant that requests a
variance to the requirement to submitt a full drainage
and erosion control report. The proposal exceeds 1000
square feet of new imperviousness which is the limit
before a drainage study is needed. It should also
include a statement that the grading will be certified after
completion of the project.
2. Between 350 and 1000 square feet of new
imperviousness a grading plan is required. One was
submitted but it needs to have the City signature block
on the sheet. In fact all the sheets may need a
signature block, at least sheets Ct and S1.
