Please call out existing building elevations in order to

Subdrain detail calls for 4" perforated PVC pipe while plan
view on sheet 8A is calling for an 8" PVC pipe. Please
reconcile. It is recommended that an 8" line be used to
prevent clogging. The last run of PVC pipe is called out to
be perforated in profile and non -perforated in plan view. It
seems that the plan view call out is the correct one,
please correct.
Increase size of flow arrows in the plan view for proposed
pans around building.
Please indicate the existing invert elevation of the
detention pond on sheet the grading plan.
Show the call out for the cross-section between Harmony
Road and the buildings on sheet 4A.
Need to address these comments prior to submittal of
mylars.
