OF THE DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY PLANNING AND ENVIROMENTAL
SERVICES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
VACATING A PORTION OF A UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ON
LOT 26, BLOCK 2 OF THE
STANTON CREEK SUBDIVISION SECOND FILING
WHEREAS, Section 2.1.5 of the Land Use Code of the City of Fort Collins
authorizes the Director of Community Planning and Environmental Services to vacate
certain easements by resolution or by approval of replats containing notation of such
dedication, and
WHEREAS, the Owner has requested that the City vacate a portion of a utility
and drainage easement on Lot 26, block 2 of the Stanton Creek Subdivision Second
Filing, more particularly described on Exhibit "A"; and
WHEREAS, the vacation has been reviewed and approved by the pertinent City
Departments, which departments report no objection to the vacation.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Director of Planning and
Environmental Services of the City of Fart Collins, that a portion of the utility and
drainage easement on Lot 26, Block 2 of the Stanton Creek Subdivision Second Filing,
and more particularly described on Exhibits "A", attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference, be and is hereby vacated.
Passed and adopted by the Director of Community Planning and Environmental
Services of the City of Fort Collins this 10* day of January 2003.
