ULVANG, RECORDER GRANT OF SLOPE EASEMENT The Neenan Building Partners_hip, the owner of those lands described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by the Grantee to the Grantor, the adequacy and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, dedicate, and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, a Municipal Corporation, its successors, assigns, and invitees, the above -mentioned property for the purposes of a permanent easement for adjacent support and slope for Prospect Road and the bridge of Prospect Road across Spring Creek in accordance with the plan and profile of Federal Aid project number BRM 5026(1) for Prospect Road, Fort Collins, Colorado. As a condition to the granting of this easement, the Grantee covenants and agrees to restore said lands, landscaping, or other improvements to a level comparable with their existing condition.
