Colorado, (Grantor), and THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, a Municipal
Corporation, whose address is 300 West LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, Larimer
County, Colorado (Grantee):
WITNESSETH, That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of One
Dollar ($1.00), to the Grantor in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, by these presents does dedicate and convey to the
Grantee for public use the real property in the City of Fort Collins, County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly descrihed on exhibit "A" attached
