KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that the undersigned being to owners of the

P.U.D., Second Filing, located in Section 6, Township 6 North, Range 68
West of the 6th P.M., City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of
Colorado, record at reception number 87015211 records of said County,
being the West seven feet of said Lot 35.
