KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That the undersigned Harl P. Clark and Audria
E. Clark, being the owners of the following described land, to -wit:
A tract of land located in the Southeast quarter of Section 27, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins,
County of Latimer, State of Colorado, as recorded in Book 1386, Page 594,
Reception No. 948387;
do hereby dedicate, transfer and convey to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
for public use forever a permanent 20 foot wide easement for drainage in the
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, more particularly
described as follows:
A tract of land located in the Southeast quarter of Section 27, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, City of Fort Collins,
County of Latimer, State of Colorado, being more particularly described as
follows: Commencing at the Southeast quarter of said Section 27 and
considering the east line of the Southeast to bear North 000 00' 00" East with
all bearing contained herein relative thereto; thence along said East line
North 00° 00' 00" East, 663.25 feet; thence North 89' 44' 16" West, 50.00 feet
to the True Point of Beginning; thence North 00' 00' 00" East, 257.86 feet;
thence North 89° 44' 16" West, 20.00 feet; thence South 000 00' 00" East,
257.86 feet; thence South 89' 44' 16" East, 20.00 feet to the True Point of
Beginning. Said tract of land contains 5,157 square feet more or less and is
subject to any easements of record or that may now exist on said tract.
It is understood by the undersigned that, by acceptance of this dedication, the
City of Fort Collins will not accept the duty of maintenance of such easement.
