CONSENT AND SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, GEORGE RALPH GUARINI and JOY G. GUARINI, on the 20th day of June,
1989, executed a certain Deed of Easement to the City of Fort Collins for the
installation of utilities, which easement covers land in Larimer County,
Colorado, described on Exhibit "A" attached.
NOW THEREFORE, TRAVELERS MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC., the assignees of a Deed
of Trust recorded at Reception No. 89012486, of the Larimer County, Colorado
records, for a valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledyed, hereby consents to the terms and provisions of said easement
aforesaid without, however, joining in any of the warranties, guarantees or
indemnities contained therein, and agree that the subject Deed of Trust shall
be subordinate to such easement in the event of foreclosure thereof.

The above described easement contains 575 square feet more

Anleasement on, over and across portions of Lot 58 in South Col-

Collins, Larimer County, Colorado, and more particularly
described as follows;
The Southerly 6 feet of the Northerly 12 feet of said Lot58,
said temporary easement being parallel with the common line
of Lot 57 and Lot 58,
The above described casement contains 576 square feet more
or less.

CONSENT AND SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, GLENN CHRISTENSEN and WILDA CHRISTENSEN, on the 20th day of
June, 1989, executed a certain Deed of Easement to the City of Fort Collins
for the installation of utilities, which easement covers land in Larimer
County, Colorado, described on Exhibit "A" attached, and recorded in the
Larimer County, Colorado records on July 19, 1989, Reception No. 89031704.
NOW THEREFORE, LIBERTY SAVINGS BANK, the holders and owners of a Deed of
Trust recorded in Reception No. 89020132, Larimer County, Colorado records,
for a valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby consents to the terms and provisions of said easement aforesaid
without, however, joining in any of the warranties, guarantees or indemnities
contained therein, and agree that the subject Deed of Trust shall be
subordinate to such easement in the event of foreclosure thereof.

70, said permanent easement being parallel with the common

foot utility easement shown on said South College Heights
2nd Subdivision plat.
The above described easement contains 852 square feet more
